Basic Condition of Employment Act 1977

The Basic Conditions of Employment Act, No 75 of 1997 gives effect to the right to fair labour practices referred to in section 23(1) of the Constitution by establishing and making provision for the regulation of basic conditions of employment.

Tip Policy

All tips are processed every Monday & paid via EFT on Tuesday. FNB Bank account holders will receive theirs immediately and other branch holder’s tips will reflect on within 24 hours. All staff are responsible for declaring their tips. The company cannot be held responsible for tips that were not declared.
